They usually have a dry throat and dry mouth, both of which are a common cause of snoring problem. The simple remedy is to drink more water & stay hydrated.

How Water Helps To Reduce Snoring Issues?

  • Foods with high water content, such as vegetables, fruits and cooked grains, also increases water content in your body and help to increase the efficiency of your digestive system.
  • You can also take JELL-O gelatin which is mostly made of water. Adding them to your regular diet every day can also help you stay hydrated and helps in your pursuit to stop snoring.
  • If you hate drinking simple water, you can add some fruit juice such as lime wedges or few spoons of cranberry juice.

The best practice to drink water is to drink it in between meals. With minimum of water in the stomach, food is properly digested.
