In 220 subjects which were chosen for testing these anti snoring pills it was found that they do indeed reduce snoring either partially or completely. 75% of the tested subjects reported positive results, which is naturally a very high percentage.

How do these anti snoring pills work?

The snoring pills designed by Dr Harris contain the following plant enzymes:

• Protease,
• Amylase,
• Lipase
• and Cellulase

These enzymes work to break down secretions like mucous which could have gathered and created congestion in the nose or throat.

Furthermore, the herbal portion of these anti snoring pills reduces any swelling or inflammation which might occur thereby reducing the efficiency of our breathing channel.

So together, the enzymes breaking down congestions and herbs reducing the swelling, they greatly open up the breathing air passages, which reduces or eliminates tissue vibration which we call snoring.

In my research have found customer comments on nextag website where 21 people gave reviews out of which 13 were 5 star and 4 were 4 star (so majority very positive) on these anti snoring pills. Here are some extracts of their reviews:

I then continued my research and found comments from people on healthsuperstore website. Here are their extracts (but it was a little strange that some of the comments were same as from nextag website):

• “…I didn’t even know such a product existed, but boy am I glad that it does…”

My Conclusion on Dr Harris’ anti snoring pills

At the first glance this product seems really great, but I am left more puzzled than excited about it. The reason for this is because I also found information (reference Wikipedia) that Dr. Dennis Howard Harris was a medical doctor selling alternative medicines and his company was shut down in 2003 by the Federal Trade Commission due to false health claims in his advertisements. This makes me wonder if his clinical tests (above) may be manipulated. Also, as I mentioned, some of the customer review comments were strangely the same and I am not sure if this is “his” doing or one website copying from another. So, unfortunately I am not sure if these pills work as claimed or not. I usually trust Amazon more and they do actually sell these anti snoring pills there among their snoring solutions, but I did not find any customer feedback there. So to conclude I don’t have enough evidence to give a green light or red light, so this will have to get a yellow warning light from me.
