Ginger works wonders in the treatment of snoring by stimulating salivary glands to produce more saliva. As saliva production increases, the throat’s lining will then be properly coated with saliva, which can help in soothing inflammation. Ginger can also help in relieving nasal congestion, which can also possibly cause snoring during sleep.

How to Take Ginger as Snoring Solutions?

There are several different ways or preparation on how to take ginger. Here are common ways on how to take ginger as snoring solutions:

  1. Eaten Raw – ginger can be taken directly even if it is raw. Just as long as its skin is properly peeled off. Taking 1/3 oz per day of raw ginger is usually recommended.
  2. Ginger tea – you can purchase ginger tea practically just about anywhere. Ginger tea can be taken just before going to bed.
  3. Ginger capsule – for those people who can’t tolerate the taste of gingers, he or she can buy ginger in capsule form.
  4. Grated Fresh Ginger – a teaspoon of grated fresh ginger mixed with a teaspoon of honey mixed in a cup of hot water can be taken just before going to bed.
